Warranty Repairs and Service
Rohrer Bus Sales & Service offer our customers complete, factory trained warranty service for Thomas Built Buses, FCCC / Freightliner Chassis, Daimler Chrysler Commercial Buses, Detroit Diesel / Mercedes MBE 900 series engines, Caterpillar and Cummins Diesel engines.
Additionally, our personnel are experts in the repair and service of Champion and Braun buses along with Braun and Ricon wheelchair lifts. Should you require warranty service, you may schedule repairs at either our main facility located at 1515 State Road ( US 11&15) Duncannon, either of our satellite locations - 190 Pik-Rite Lane, just off Route 192 in Lewisburg, PA. or 2929 Lick Run Road, just of I-180 / Route 220 Faxon Exit, Williamsport PA

TBB Support Website Now Available
| The website provides Rohrer customers with access to Thomas Built Bus Parts & Service information. Products available include; operator, service, parts and technical manuals, all product support bulletins, recalls and vehicle owner notifications issued by TBB, as well as the TBB flat rate manual.
In addition, Customers will have access to registration information of their vehicles which will provide vehicle specific information like In Service Data, Engine Serial Number, and Transmission Serial Number. For buses that have been built since September, 2001, there is a parts screen which can provide thebuild of materials (BOM) for the body of the bus with breakdown of options, seat options on the bus and a listing of major components for the vehicle.
